This page covers how we handle data when you use the free SEO audit tool at tbd.dogonthe.cloud. It's intentionally short — we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address — so we can send your audit report and a confirmation link.
• The URL you submitted — so we know what to audit.
• Your IP address and a request ID — used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• The contents of the page we audit — fetched at request time so we can analyse it. We do not log into anything or fetch anything that isn't publicly served.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only third-party script we load on the form page is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative — it does not track you across sites.

How we use it

• To deliver the report you requested.
• To prevent abuse of the free service (rate limiting per IP/email/domain).
• To contact you at most once after delivery to ask whether you'd like a deeper conversation about a paid engagement. If you don't reply, we don't follow up again.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain audit requests and the rendered report for 90 days by default. After that, the report is removed and the request record is anonymised (email and IP cleared, aggregate stats kept). You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — just email us.

Who runs the service

The audit tool is operated by TBD Media. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Reports and request records are stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare (D1, Workers) and a Hostinger VPS. All providers are in our processing chain only — we don't share your data with them for any purpose other than operating the service.

Your rights

If you're in the UK/EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. We'll action requests within 30 days.
